Our Defect Management process allows you to log an unlimited number of defects.* We then respons within dedicated SLAs, investigate and propose a solution which is then implemented. Once you’ve tested the resolution – and all works well – the fix is deployed to production. * A defect is defined as functionality that worked at the time of service start that stopped working

02. Feature Management

Once you log a new feature, we estimate the effort and solution. As soon as you’re happy with the solution, we then implement the approved resolution. We then get you to test the resolution and it gets deployed to production.
